Te Orowaru is a gender neutral, culturally rich work assessment tool. It can be used for pay equity assessments, or proactive job evaluation processes. It is designed to align with the requirements of the Equal Pay Act 1972 (as amended in 2020). The resources are free and accessible under creative commons so please feel free to use them.
